The fact is things are changing fast these days. It’s not only the science and technology advances that are speeding up (which is a good thing). The main challenge is the internet has opened up access to billions of people and millions of companies around the world. That means it is simple for anyone to send out info that may or may not be true. The great news is there are some incredible new breakthroughs that are regularly happening … some even daily or weekly. The not so great news is it’s really difficult to wade through all the health and fitness info ‘noise’ to choose what might work for you.

 

Most people who are busy don’t have the time to really check out what’s real and what’s not. The biggest problem is there’s simply too much information overloading our already distracted brains. Another problem is special interest groups do their best to ‘broadcast’ often misleading information to make it even harder to know the right choices to make.

The reality is there are a growing number of solutions from both the ‘traditional’ and the ‘natural’ health world. Our focus here at Health Buzz Hotline is to help you cut through all the confusion and make it easier to make sense of the flood of health, diet, weight-loss and fitness information that is bombarding us all.
